Our technical team is consistently monitoring your webcast. It is unlikely that our team didn't notice this problem. They make sure that the media playback is smooth throughout the event.
If you experience sound and/or image interruptions, please make sure:
- That your Internet connection is reliable. In some cases, Wi-Fi connections may have a fluctuating stability, so you may obtain better results by connecting though a network cable if possible.
- That your organization allows live media playback without a time limit.
- That your system has enough resources to play a live media stream into a web page. You can check it with your organization IT department.
If you think that your system may have limited resources, we recommend closing as many programs or browser tabs as possible.
Do not hesitate to refresh the web page when you experience these kinds of interruptions.
